    Your catalogue under your brand, and registration in a single step.

    You publish your courses with your logo and colours, and anyone can see them without signing up. Learners sign up, apply for a place and upload their documents in one go.

    You review the documents and the learner gets a single email.

    You approve each document separately and, when you finish, they get one email with whatever is still missing, if anything. Places are counted for you, and a warning appears if you admit more people than there is room for.

    At the end, a certificate anyone can check.

    Every certificate carries a code and a QR code that can be checked on your portal. Learners download it themselves, without having to write to you.

Nothing to install, and each organisation sees only its own data.

Do I need to install or maintain anything?

No. Coraula Central works in the browser, and we update and maintain it.

Is my data mixed with other organisations' data?

No: each organisation sees only its own, and data is never combined, not even for statistics.

Coraula Central doesn't decide for you or do your invoicing.

  • It doesn't decide for you: admitting someone or approving a document is always done by a person.
  • It doesn't do your invoices: you keep issuing them with your usual software.
  • For now it doesn't take payments from your learners: card payment isn't included.

It isn't for organisations that need each course paid by card at the moment of registration.

You pay for active users.

Only people who have been active in the last month count (you can have more registered).

Different people who, in the last month, have registered, enrolled or logged in. Pricing goes by tiers.
