    You publish your courses with your logo and colours, and anyone can see them without signing up. Learners sign up, apply for a place and upload their documents in one go.

    You review the documents and the learner gets a single email.

    You approve each document separately and, when you finish, they get one email with whatever is still missing, if anything. Places are counted for you, and a warning appears if you admit more people than there is room for.

    At the end, a certificate anyone can check.

    Every certificate carries a code and a QR code that can be checked on your portal. Learners download it themselves, without having to write to you.

Nothing to migrate or install, and your learners' data is never combined with anyone else's.

Do I have to migrate anything or switch platforms?

No. Your courses are still delivered in your Moodle, run by you or your provider. In Coraula Central you add each course to open its registration.

Do I need to install anything in my Moodle?

No. Coraula Central is used from the browser: it installs nothing in your Moodle and doesn't ask for access to it.

What about my learners' data?

It's never combined with any other customer's data, not even for statistics. And learners download their certificate by signing in to their account: it doesn't travel by email.

Coraula Central doesn't touch your Moodle or decide for you.

  • It doesn't manage your Moodle: we don't host it, update it or support it.
  • It doesn't connect to your Moodle: you keep handling courses and enrolments there, as you do now.
  • It doesn't decide for you: admitting someone or approving a document is always done by a person.

It isn't for anyone who wants to leave Moodle: here your courses are still delivered in it.

Only people who have been active in the last month count (you can have more registered).
